One crossing is earmarked for Lock’s Lane in Mitcham, around 8.6 metres from the junction with Firtree Avenue.
To make way for it, a parking bay on the north-east side of the road would be shortened by 3.5 metres.
Zig-zag markings would stretch up to 19.9 metres on either side to create a controlled area where stopping and loading are banned.
Another is proposed for Streatham Road in Mitcham, 10.3 metres north-east of The Bungalows.
As part of the scheme, a permit parking bay outside number 236 would be reduced by 2.4 metres.
The controlled area would extend 19.9 metres in both directions.
The third crossing would be on Grand Drive in Raynes Park, 19.8 metres south of Blenheim Road.
Zig-zags would run up to 19.8 metres on the north side and 24.1 metres on the south.
