Mayer Brown completed the reorganization of its Asia operation with the creation of a new Hong Kong office, the firm said in a statement Monday.
Mayer Brown Hong Kong has more than 20 lawyers focused on practices including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and energy. Capital markets partner Thomas Kollar is managing the office.
