It looks like Mark Wahlberg is giving up the Las Vegas life for Florida. The “Boogie Nights” actor has just purchased an estate in Delray Beach, a city on the southeast coast.
Wahlberg is no stranger to real estate. Last month, Paris Hilton bought his former Beverly Park mansion, which is the home he lived in until 2022 when he relocated his family to Las Vegas, for $63 million. Wahlberg purchased a $14.5 million property in Nevada’s Summit Club community in August 2022. However, he sold it one year later, according to Realtor.com.
Don’t Miss:
Wahlberg’s new Florida abode was built in 2017 and has a lengthy history of sales for its short life, according to Zillow. It listed for $20 million in March 2018 and had a price reduction to $18.975 million in April 2019. The mansion ultimately sold in January 2020 for $17 million. It was listed again for $27.5 million in October 2022 and sold for $26 million in February 2023. Yet again, however, it was back on the market for $33 million in August 2024 and sold for $27.7 million. Finally, it was listed for $45 million in March and officially became Wahlberg’s for $37 million as of Oct. 14.
“Welcome to Palazzo di Lago, an architectural masterpiece and a rarefied offering that embodies the pinnacle of luxury living in South Florida. This Italian contemporary estate is one of the most distinguished and impeccably executed residential compounds in the United States. Inspired by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale, this Italian contemporary masterpiece is an ode to elegance, privacy and security,” says the Douglas Elliman Real Estate listing held by Senada Adžem.

Located in Stone Creek Ranch, a gated community with only 37 estates known as “Billionaires’ Row,” Palazzo di Lago features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. With 17,797 square feet of living space, Wahlberg won’t have to worry about decorating, because the property comes fully furnished.
We can see why Wahlberg was drawn to this property, as the actor is known for getting up at 4 a.m. to work out, he told Men’s Health in 2023. It has a wellness wing, which includes a fully equipped gym, sauna and massage room. It opens up to a Lake Como-inspired outdoor oasis, featuring a tennis court and 170,000-gallon saltwater lagoon pool. But if that’s not enough water, the mansion sits on a lakefront lot for plenty of views.
With this much space, there are amenities beyond most people’s wildest dreams. There’s an entertainment wing featuring a state-of-the-art Cinematech-designed movie theater, a cigar lounge with a top-notch air purification system, closets and a sitting area inspired by a Chanel boutique and a seven-car garage and a separate golf cart section. We can only imagine that Wahlberg will feel like he’s on vacation every day.
