Man charged with planting homemade bombs around NYC

Prosecutors in New York have charged a Long Island man for planting homemade explosives in multiple locations around New York City. Authorities allege 55-year-old Michael Gann purchased chemicals online to manufacture at least seven of the crude devices. Anna Schecter has details.
