MARYVILLE, Mo. — The Maryville Public Library will host its January adult program, Eating Healthy on a Budget, on Wednesday, Jan. 29, in the library basement.
Whether working toward a New Year’s resolution or just looking for information about healthy eating while on a budget, this program will offer information to help adults prepare healthy snacks.
According to a news release from the library, Debbie Bennett, a nutrition and health specialist with the University of Missouri Extension, will present nutritional information while preparing a healthy snack.
This program is intended for adults, but youth ages 13 and up are welcome to come with an adult.
