Labor Day weekend book release and fashion show

On Sunday, August 31, Vineyard Gardens will host a Labor Day book release of “Dear Fellow Warriors,” by Sharisse Scott-Rawlins. The event will include a Haute Couture Fashion Show, poetry reading and book signing by Scott-Rawlins, soulful southern hors d’oeuvres, live music and performances, as well as wine and whiskey tasting. Partial proceeds from this event will be donated to the Mass General Cancer Center at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. 484 State Road, West Tisbury.
