In a video shared by Forbes Breaking News, people had all kinds of thoughts on Leavitt’s blazer. “[I]s she wearing Roseanne Barr’s jacket?” one person asked in the comments, referring to the beloved ’80s comedian. “[T]hat is an interesting choice of sport coat,” another viewer noted. “Why did she let her mom dress her like the riddler?” someone else joked, referring to the comic book villain. And lastly, one commenter said what we’re all thinking: “That jacket is way too big for her.” Indeed, it was.

In a photo Leavitt shared on Instagram in June 2025, people referenced this exact theory, even though she was in a pink dress rather than an oversized blazer. “Ahh look another grandma outfit for her old man!” one person commented. Someone else also got a little snarky, writing, “I bet you use your gaslighting skills to make yourself believe this outfit looks good lol.”
The truth is, Leavitt often dresses in frumpy ways that don’t flatter her. The press secretary could step up her style game by wearing more flattering colors and nixing the bland neutrals that dominate her closet.
