Jackie Shroff lives a disciplined life to remain healthy and fit. The actor shared his disciplined diet, which starts with “medicinal plants” like betel leaf (paan ka patta), mango leaf, and more. “I eat all these leaves after I wake up in the morning. These are medicinal plants (herbs). I also have giloy with warm water, which is good for immunity. Mango leaf is also very beneficial. Then there is parijat (night jasmine), which is so bitter, but the value is so much,” Jackie Shroff said.

He further added, ”Brahmi baby leaves are lethal. They are good for your tummy. For people like me who are from the wild…they can have. I like to have spices like cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. You can have it with warm water or include it in your coffee.”
