Hong Kong Air Cargo and Turkish Cargo forge strategic partnership

Hong Kong Air Cargo has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Turkish Cargo on 22 April 2025, marking a key milestone in strengthening strategic cooperation between the two carriers.

The MoU outlines a mutual commitment to explore deeper collaboration in air cargo operations, focusing on codeshare arrangements, freighter aircraft cooperation, and expanded connectivity across key global routes.

The agreement is designed to enhance service quality and deliver greater value to customers worldwide.

Mr. Tony Ma, chairman of Hong Kong Air Cargo, commented: “This partnership with Turkish Cargo represents a strategic alignment of two dynamic cargo carriers with complementary strengths.

“By combining our operational expertise and network reach, we aim to deliver more efficient and customer-focused cargo solutions across the globe.”

Mr. Ali Türk, chief cargo officer of Turkish Airlines, addressed “Hong Kong is a key logistics hub in Asia, and our collaboration with Hong Kong Air Cargo underscores our commitment to expanding our presence in the region.

“Together, we will explore innovative models of cooperation that unlock new commercial opportunities and elevate service offerings for our customers.”
