FARMINGDALE, NY — Healthy Meals Direct, a meal preparation shop with 29 locations on Long Island, has added Farmingdale to its expanding portfolio.
The shop, which offers more than 200 meal options, is located at 621 Fulton St., Farmingdale.

Healthy Meals Direct’s full menu can be viewed online. Meal categories offered include protein-packed baked goods; breakfast; lunches and dinners; cheat meals; and foods sorted by type. Options include chicken; beef; turkey; burgers; burritos; wraps; pizzas; enchiladas; tacos; seafood; salads; sandwiches; meal-replacement shakes; and more.
The business offers vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other options, as well.

- Sign up: People should place an order before midnight on Sunday.
- Choose a meal: Pick a meal package and then select meals.
- Get the food delivered or pick it up at a Healthy Meals Direct location.
Healthy Meals Direct is at the site of the former Computer Service Center, which relocated to 75 Bloomingdale Road, Hicksville.
Hours for the Farmingdale location are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The store can be called at 516-224-3059.
