Liverpool manager Arne Slot has admitted he is worried about Ryan Gravenberch after seeing the Dutch midfielder sustain an ankle problem during Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to Manchester United at Anfield. Gravenberch has since been ruled out of the Reds’ Champions League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt and Slot is concerned his presence will be missed as his team aim to end a run of four straight defeats.
