The Central Coast Literacy Council has launched a free U.S. Naturalization Preparation Course at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Santa Maria. The program began on July 17, and will run for six months, offering support to individuals preparing for the U.S. citizenship process.
Held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the course is designed to help participants understand the civics, history, and English language skills required for naturalization. Classes are conducted at 402 S. Lincoln St., with instruction tailored to guide attendees through the interview and exam process.
