EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – A week after the Fowler boys basketball team finished as state runners-up, the Fowler girls basketball team ended a dominant playoff run with a 53-29 win over Ewen-Trout Creek in the division four state championship game at the Breslin Center.
It was the sixth straight year the Eagles made the final four, and their third title in the last five years. No team came close to challenging Fowler over its dominant playoff run, as the Eagles won each of their playoff games by more than 20 points.
