New Zealand international Maya Hahn has signed for German club FC Viktoria Berlin for their first campaign in the second-tier 2.Frauen-Bundesliga.
Midfielder Hahn (24) will join the newly-promoted club after leaving FFC Turbine Potsdam where she played since 2022.
Wellington-born Hahn has earned four caps for the Ford Football Ferns, since making her debut this year.
She was one of the stars of New Zealand’s historic FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2018 bronze medal win but later tried to win selection to German national teams, for which she was eligible through her father’s heritage.
However, FIFA approved her decision to seek selection for the New Zealand women’s national team.
