Life moves pretty fast.
Weeks after Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia De Rossi, relocated from their home in the United States to England, a flood has damaged their home, according to TMZ.
The report said the couple’s new home at Cotswolds in England was directly in the middle of a huge storm that decimated the area with flood waters and 80 mph winds.
The River Thames, according to the report, burst its banks, causing much of the flooding.
The 43-acre property was overtaken by 5 feet of flood water, and the extent of the damage is uncertain, said a Daily Mail report.
DeGeneres’ old home in Montecito, California was also impacted by floods last year, according to TMZ.
Ellen and Portia chose to permanently leave America, just days after Donald Trump was elected in order to “get the hell out,” the outlet reported.
