Famed fashion house brutally SAVAGES Jeff Bezos’ wedding suit as it mocks his ‘frightening’ tuxedo

A stylist has revealed Jeff Bezos' major fashion faux pas at his Venice wedding to Lauren Sanchez

A famed fashion house has brutally savaged Jeff Bezos‘ wedding suit after he tied the knot with Lauren Sanchez in Venice this weekend.

The Amazon billionaire, 61, and his journalist bride, 55, officially wed in front of nearly 200 VIPs including Leonardo Di Caprio, Orlando Bloom and Tom Brady on San Maggiore island on Friday.

But despite the millions of dollars spent on the Italian extravaganza, Jeff’s tailoring left a lot to be desired, according to one eagle-eyed expert.

Milanese atelier F. Caraceni Sartoria, known for dressing European politicians and royalty including Prince William, rushed to Instagram to share pictures of Jeff in his all-black ensemble.

‘The most terrible, frightening, horrible tuxedo ever seen in my life.

‘Omg… Elegance is not an empty word. I can’t stand it. Really suffering…’ the scathing caption read.

But it seems like other fashion experts were also quick to spot issues with Jeff’s wedding day look.

Liz Teich, a New York-based personal stylist, revealed exclusively to the Daily Mail that the tech mogul made a serious error with his suit.

And that was that Jeff should not have worn a pre-tied bow tie.

‘My biggest criticism of his look is that I wish he didn’t choose a pre-tied bow tie. It always looks more elevated to tie your own,’ she said.

She also pointed out that it looks like he has his iPhone in his pocket, something she feels is a big no-no when you want to look your best.

‘I may never let my husband live it down for having his iPhone showing in his pant pocket for every photograph at our wedding,’ she joked.

‘But just like my husband, Jeff may have been more focused on what’s happening around them and his bride [to think about how his iPhone might look].’

Lastly, Liz stated that the groom’s suit was ‘slightly small on him,’ but she added that as a stylist, she prefers fits that are too tight rather than too loose.

However, a man with a net worth of $226 billion has access to the best tailors in the world, so it’s certainly odd that his tuxedo doesn’t fit perfectly.

‘Dress shirt sleeves should hit right past the base of the thumb and show about half of an inch of the cuff out of the jacket sleeve,’ Liz explained.

‘Judging by length… and how it’s pulling at the button, it may be slightly small on him, though as a stylist, I appreciate a fitted suit over a sloppy, baggy one.’

But the suit criticism is not the first time that the newlyweds have come under fire this week amid their extravagant celebrations.

About a dozen Venetian organizations — including housing advocates, anti-cruise ship campaigners and university groups — have been protesting under the banner ‘No Space for Bezos’ amid complaints he has ‘taken over the city.’

The banner is a play on words referring to his space exploration company Blue Origin and the bride’s recent space flight.

The protestors have been made up of left wing and environmental groups as well as social forums and one group held a banner saying: ‘Money cannot buy style.’

Another banner read: ’55 million dollars spent on the wedding just to get a divorce in three days.’

Lauren and Jeff, however, seem unbothered by all the criticism of their ostentatious display.

The couple were hounded by local journalists as they left the Aman hotel – where rooms start at well over $1,000 a night – on Saturday, with one reporter asking: ‘What do you think about the protests, Jeff?’

But while Sanchez valiantly ignored the yelled questions, the Amazon founder – who is worth some $230 billion – simply said: ‘Love you guys.’

Keeping it classy, Jeff even then blew a kiss to the Italian reporters.
