Customers at the airline’s first-class lounge, The Pier, First at the Hong Kong International Airport will now be able to enjoy a truly spectacular dining experience. Well-known for the meal service aboard their flights, the partnership underscores Cathay Pacific’s ongoing commitment to give customers delicious, thoughtfully prepared food options at their lounges as well.
The delectable tasting menus will be featured on a rotating basis and will highlight Mott 32’s iconic dishes reinvented for a memorable lounge setting. With a focus on seasonality, variation and harmonious flavors, the dishes showcase the sophistication of modern Chinese cuisine while also paying homage to the rich gastronomic traditions of Cathay Pacific’s hometown of Hong Kong.

Appetizers
Tickle your appetite with an amuse bouche of crispy mushrooms with green beans and sesame, chilled tofu with roasted green chili sauce or a crispy crab puff. Starters feature, free-range chicken with Sichuan peppercorn and chili sauce or hand-wrapped Sichuan pork dumplings with chili sauce.

Feast on braised wagyu beef with aged tangerine peel or the crispy black cod with golden garlic and chili.
