Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-day visit to the US where he’s attending the Quad Leaders’ Summit being hosted by outgoing US President Joe Biden in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.

PM Modi will also address a session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York as well as interact with the Indian diaspora during his visit.

He reached the US on Saturday and was hosted by Joe Biden for an “intimate” dinner with plenty of options available on the menu, including an array of vegetarian dishes.

The dinner was prepared by James Beard nominated Chef Antimo DiMeo, Executive Chef of the Bardea Restaurant Group of Wilmington, Delaware.

Here’s a look at the dishes that were served to global leaders at US President Joe Biden’s former high school city:

Caprese Salad: Mozzarella di Bufala, Scarlet Red Baby Tomato, Basil, Sicilian Oregano

Vegetarian dinner option: Root Vegetable Pave, Lemon Risotto, Pistachio, Black Lime

Non-vegetarian dinner option: Wagyu Strip Steak, Lemon Risotto, Pistachio, Black Lime

Pescatarian Dinner Option: Red Snapper, Lemon Risotto, Pistachio, Black Lime

Gelato Trio: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Pistachio, Cocoa Crumble, Pizzelle

Wines: Schramsberg, ‘Blanc de Blancs’, North Coast, California Model Farm, ‘Wildcat Mountain’, Chardonnay, Sonoma County, California O’Shaughnessy, Cabernet Sauvignon, Howell Mountain, Napa Valley, California
