This year is no exception, and we look forward to continuing to support the health and wellness of the communities we are honored to serve.”
This year’s Community Leadership Awards will be presented to Sacred Heart University, a decade-long expo sponsor, and Natural Awakenings Magazine, a media sponsor for 14 years, in recognition of their continued support and contributions to community health initiatives.
Stamford Health’s offerings at the expo will include free blood pressure screenings, CPR and stop-the-bleed training with Stamford EMS, stroke awareness education, pediatric nutrition guidance, and women’s health services including mammogram appointment scheduling.
Other returning sponsors include ShopRite/Cingari Family Markets, which will offer free flu shots (with most insurance accepted), pharmacy information, healthy cooking demos, and nutrition education with on-site dietitians.

The Healthy Food & Beverage Zone, sponsored by Aquarion Water Company, will feature food trucks, restaurants, and eco-friendly wine, spirits, and craft beer vendors offering health-conscious options.
Family-friendly programming includes a kids zone with educational activities along the Harbor Point boardwalk’s sandpit, and a Touch-A-Truck experience hosted by Stamford’s EMS, Fire, and Police departments.
Additional offerings include financial wellness guidance from longtime support sponsor KeyBank, and rehabilitation and non-medical care service information from Stamford Care Center, Norwalk Care Center, and A&B Home Care Solutions.
