DANVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) – The Danville Police Department is holding a fashion show for all ages at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2 in the Multipurpose Room at 1 Community Way.
Says the department, “The Fashion Show is a wonderful opportunity for children to model and build confidence while interacting with their parents, their officers and others. This is also an opportunity for children of all ages to model with parents or an officer.”
People attending the show are asked to bring a school supply item, which will be donated to area schools.
To sign up or for more information, contact Cpl. Sylvia Brooks at 434-797-8898 ext. 2. If your child is interested, provide the child’s first and last name, grade level, school, and whether a parent or officer will model with the child.
