Celebrity hairstylist Graham Nation (real name Graham Cheek) died unexpectedly at a Los Angeles gym on February 14. Graham was only 39 years old and had just welcomed his first child with partner Tonya Brewer in August 2024.

Twin Peaks and Mulholland Drive director David Lynch passed away on January 16, four days before what would have been his 79th birthday. He died due to complications from emphysema after being evacuated from his home amid the L.A. wildfires.

On January 3, writer and director Jeff Baena died by suicide at the age of 47, per TMZ. He’d been married to actor Aubrey Plaza since 2021.
