The attacker wanted for pushing a 33-year-old straphanger onto the subway tracks in Brooklyn more than a month ago has been busted, police said Tuesday.
Andrew Pashinin, 19, was nabbed by warrants cops at a relative’s home in Yonkers.
According to police, the suspect was recording video in the Atlantic Ave.-Barclays Center subway station on Dec. 7 shortly before noon — though it wasn’t immediately clear exactly what he was videoing.
For some reason, the victim took offense and the two argued, with Pashinin ultimately shoving the other man onto the subway tracks.
Luckily, neither a Coney Island-bound D nor N train was coming into the station on that track at the time, police said, and the man was not badly hurt.
The victim escaped with only minor injuries.
Police subsequently released surveillance photos of the suspect.
Pashinin, who lives in Harrison, in Westchester, and has no previous arrests, was charged with attempted murder, felony assault, reckless endangerment and menacing.
He was additionally charged with weapons possession, since he had a knife on him at the time of his arrest, according to police.
