Rochester, N.Y. – Our Bright Spot shines on nourishing our senior community.
Cornell Cooperative Extension traveled to several living centers around the area to give special “Lunch and Learn” presentations.
Some of those tips include eating more fruits, and vegetables and drinking less sugar-sweetened beverages.
The program also shares new cooking techniques and lifestyle habits to help our aging population to thrive.
