First Day of School is August 11 across all BPS Schools

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – As students across Brevard prepare to head back to school, the Food and Nutrition Services team at Brevard Public Schools is already hard at work fueling student success with nutritious meals designed to keep young minds focused and energized.

From hearty breakfasts to balanced lunches, the district’s dedicated nutrition staff ensures that every meal served supports students’ health and academic performance.

“Food and Nutrition Services is proud to power student success across Brevard,” the department said in a statement.

“We’re committed to helping students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn.”

To make meal payments easier for families, the district is encouraging parents to sign up for MySchoolBucks, an online platform and mobile app that allows users to:

– Make secure payments online

– Monitor cafeteria purchases

– Set up low balance alerts

Families can register at www.myschoolbucks.com or download the free app.

While most students are still counting down the final days of summer, the new school year is already in full swing at Challenger 7 Elementary, Brevard’s only year-round school.

Food and Nutrition Services was ready on day one, providing the school’s learners with healthy meals to jump-start a successful academic year.
