SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Bradenton native and cervical cancer survivor has launched a clothing line designed to help women going through medical treatment maintain their dignity while providing functionality for patients and caregivers.
Cindy Trice, co-founder of KickIt Recovery Wear, said her experience as an advanced-stage cervical cancer survivor inspired the creation of the clothing line.
The company creates comfortable clothing that meets the needs of women during medical or surgical treatment and recovery, making care easier for both medical staff and caregivers.
While the company’s origin story comes from cancer, Trice said the clothing line supports women going through treatment or recovery from many medical conditions, surgeries, or chronic conditions that require functional clothing.
The clothing is available online at kickitpajamas.com.
