Viral Bhayani’s paparazzi page recently shared Boney Kapoor’s surprising weight loss and physical transformation. They also shared a gist of Boney Kapoor’s reported diet plan which consists of no dinner, fruits and juice for breakfast, jowar rotis. They also said that the filmmaker achieved the transformation without going to the gym.

Sharing several recent pictures of the filmmaker, the caption read, “Boney Kapoor aka the prolific filmmaker cum producer cum actor is setting the internet on fire with his latest pics. Netizens point out flaws in Boney Kapoor’s transformational diet

While many praised Boney Kapoor’s transformation, many pointed out the flaws in his diet and that it made him look weaker and older. Several in the comment section said that having fruits and juices is the worst way to start the day. Many also said that appearing thin does not equal being fit.
