Bloomsbury Way Holborn double stabbing: Teens seriously hurt

The boys, aged 16 and 17, were discovered suffering stab wounds in Bloomsbury Way near New Oxford Street today (August 12). 

Emergency services were alerted to the incident shortly after 2am, with London’s Air Ambulance among responders dispatched to the scene. 

Both teens have since been taken to hospital where their injuries have been assessed as non-life threatening. 

A crime scene remains in place as police conduct their enquiries. 

There have been no arrests at this stage. 

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 02.06am on Tuesday, 12 August by the London Ambulance Service to an alleged stabbing on New Oxford Street, Camden.

“Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, were found at the scene with serious injuries. Both were taken to hospital where they were assessed to be non-life threatening.

“Enquiries continue and no arrests have been made.”
