In his fourth and final address to the U.N. General Assembly, President Biden said “we’re at another inflection point in world history.” Despite the escalating conflict in the Middle East, he said a diplomatic solution is still possible and said Russian President Vladimir Putin has “failed” in his invasion of Ukraine.
