Angela Bassett’s Gucci gown lights up LACMA gala

I love the way Angela Bassett’s fringe-laden Gucci gown, worn to the LACMA Art + Film Gala at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art earlier this month, seems like it’s perpetually dancing. And I love the way she appears to be standing in an elegantly lit forest of lampposts, like she’s in a very high-fashion version of “The Chronicles of Narnia.” All that’s needed is a bit of magic snow.
