Alibaba chairman says China business more confident since Xi's tech summit, plans re-hiring

Alibaba Chairman Joe Tsai stated that China’s business entrepreneurs are showing increased confidence following a tech summit led by President Xi Jinping. Tsai also revealed that Alibaba plans to start re-hiring after reaching the bottom of the business cycle.
