The system aims to provide accurate pricing and personalized machine recommendations within seconds by analyzing factors such as office size, usage needs and location.
The company states that this innovation, spearheaded by Director James Tuck, addresses the traditionally fragmented and time-consuming process of sourcing commercial coffee machines. Conventional methods often involve lengthy sales calls and email exchanges, leading to delays and potentially unsuitable equipment recommendations.
Admiral Vending Systems’ solution features an intelligent matching algorithm that recommends appropriate bean-to-cup machine models based on workplace data, a transparent pricing engine that eliminates hidden fees and geographic relevance for efficient delivery and servicing across the UK.
The launch comes as the UK office coffee market continues to expand, with 78% of office workers reportedly considering high-quality coffee a key workplace perk. Additionally, 70% of B2B buyers now expect self-service tools during the decision-making process, a trend Admiral Vending Systems is aligning with through this new AI-driven approach.
