Following their successful partnership in London last year, two of Britain’s finest food institutions, Fortnum & Mason and Michelin-starred London restaurant St. John, are joining forces once again for a time-limited residency – this time in Hong Kong! Combining Fortnum & Mason’s timeless elegance and St. John’s legendary nose-to-tail dining, this collab is going to be a feast that no foodie would want to miss out on. What is this special collaboration?

This exclusive event sees Fortnum & Mason hosting St. John, a Michelin-starred London restaurant – an accolade it has long held since 2009 – for an exclusive two-day residency to celebrate St. John’s 30th anniversary with a special menu that highlights their shared passion for sustainable, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients.

When and where is this pop-up dinner happening?

The residency will take place at 181 Fortnum & Mason at K11 Musea, Tsim Sha Tsui. Diners will be able to enjoy a seven-course meal for dinner on March 11 and 12, as well as an extra lunch option on March 12.

What’s on the menu for this collaborative dinner?

Diners will be treated to a seven-course menu celebrating St. John’s iconic dishes. Expect plates like the classic Welsh rarebit, St. John’s famous roast bone marrow served with toast and a sharp salad, crispy slow-braised pig cheek, the devilled crab and trotter – a dish that will get your hands (deliciously) dirty; the timeless Eccles cake served with crumbly Lancashire cheese, and more.

To complement the meal, St. John’s co-founder Trevor Gulliver has curated a selection of six wines (three white, three red) from the restaurant’s all-French wine list to accompany the meal, including bottles from their own-label and Boulévard Napoléon vineyard.

How can I go to this exclusive dinner?

If you’re already drooling like we are, don’t miss out and secure your spot now by booking through Eventbrite. Tickets are priced at $1,288 per person with a complimentary glass of St. John Crémant on arrival.
