Sargento Is Releasing 3 Never-Before-Seen Cheeses With Frank’s RedHot, McCormick, and More

Nothing boosts a meal as easily as a handful of cheese. Whether you’re making a taco casserole, loaded quiche, or feel inspired to turn leftovers into a pizza—as long as you have shredded cheese, it’s guaranteed to taste great.

Brands like Sargento not only produce quality cheese but also craft blends that take the guesswork out of deciding which varieties go well together. Sargento’s line includes combinations such as 6-Cheese Italian, Nacho and Taco, and Double Cheddar, all of which make it easier than ever to zhuzh up your weeknight meals.

Now, Sargento is turning up the heat with a trio of new shredded cheese blends that are guaranteed to boost all your favorite cheesy recipes.

Sargento Is Launching Seasoned Shreds and Shareables

Sargento has teamed up with McCormick, Frank’s RedHot, and Cholula to bring fans Seasoned Shreds, a line of shredded cheese mixes with a fiery kick. Customers can choose from Sargento McCormick Mozzarella & Parmesan Shredded Cheese with Crushed Red Pepper, Sargento Frank’s RedHot Cheddar, Colby Jack, and American Shredded Cheese with Cayenne Pepper Seasoning, and Sargento Cholula Queso Quesadilla and Asadero Shredded Cheese with Hot Sauce Seasoning. Each 7-ounce bag offers a unique blend of cheese and spices that effortlessly adds bold flavor to dips, pizza, and cheesy pasta.

Food insider @Markie_devo recently shared photos of the products on their Instagram and fans were thrilled. “Buffalo chicken and queso dips are about to go to the next level!,” wrote one excited Instagrammer. “Sargento makes a good cheese. The Cholula looks like it’ll be good,” wrote another.

In addition to the Seasoned Shreds, you can also look forward to Sargento Shareables, a crowd-friendly snack solution. Each tray includes either Ritz crackers or Triscuit and contains two different cheese varieties. Fans can choose from Ritz paired with Cheddar and colby Jack or a spicy version with pepperjack and Monterey Jack cheese slices. Alternatively, you can opt for the Triscuit Shareable, which features Gouda and white Cheddar.

Sargento’s new offerings have already begun rolling out to retailers but don’t worry if you can’t find them yet—the brand says we can expect a full nationwide launch in March.
