Kompany not looking into crystal ball for Kane’s future with Bayern

When Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank said that he would welcome back Harry Kane earlier this week, Bayern Munich boss Vincent Kompany did not feel threatened.

When asked about it in a recent press conference, Kompany just simply shut down the possibility for a media frenzy.

“Harry is in an excellent phase. I don’t want to open the door to any other discussion. Harry wants to win titles, and he can do that at Bayern. That’s the only focus,” Kompany stated (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).

For now, all anyone at Bayern Munich can do is sit back and enjoy Kane’s strong start. Come January, though, when Kane has to tell Bayern Munich if he is coming back for the 2026/27 campaign, things could be a little more tense.

Bayern Munich news shot back in action this week after a bit of a lull, so let’s take a look at the biggest stories.
