WINTER PARK, Fla. — Fashionistas, this one’s for you! Clothing and accessories from Winter Park boutiques are now on display in a whole new way.
- The exhibit is called the “Art of Fashion” at Solana Fine Art in Winter Park.
- The fashion-inspired pieces include pop art, gemstones, recycled fabric – you name it.
- Solana’s founder and gallerist says the displays are unlike anything in Central Florida. “It really is the most visually stunning exhibition we’ve done to date,” said Bob Jimenez. “It really goes to show you, if you’re creative and if you really have that gift, there is no limit. You can create art out of just about everything.”
- For instance, an iconic pink Chanel image is made out of recycled computer keys. Nearby is Audrey Hepburn blowing a bubble made out of denim and Swarovski crystal.
- “Art in Fashion” at Solana Fine Art runs through Saturday, Sept. 27,, 2025 before a new show takes over. That one is called “Let’s Gather: The Art of Coming Together” from Oct. 3 – 29, 2025. The gallery is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
