The company says its Railway Street site offers a comprehensive range of shipping services designed to meet its diverse customer needs, whether for local or international deliveries.
Its changes, submitted via a public notice, are now up for consultation.
People who own or occupy land near the proposed site and feel their use or enjoyment of the land would be impacted can write to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds.

They must also send a copy of their representations to FedEx Express UK at Express House, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire.
