President Joe Biden will be accompanied by Sen. Bernie Sanders, of Vermont, for his event Tuesday in Concord, News 9 has learned.Sanders, a two-time winner of the first-in-the-nation New Hampshire primary, will join the president at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord.Biden is set to discuss his administration’s work on lowering prescription drug costs.The White House confirmed last week that Biden will hold an official event “highlighting the Biden-Harris administration’s progress in lowering prescription drug costs for the American people.”Sources told WMUR that the president is also expected to stop by a local campaign office to promote the Democratic ticket in New Hampshire. The visit will be Biden’s third to the state this year.
