A new line-up of comedians has also been revealed, with Bob Mortimer returning to defend his well-deserved crown.
In Last One Laughing UK season two, Jimmy will once again lead 10 of Britain’s most entertaining (and funniest) comedians as they spend the day together without trying to make each other smirk, laugh, or smile.
Amazon explains: “Over the course of the series, they will use every ounce of their comedic talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up.
“And it’s not just their rivals they need to watch out for.
“The show is packed with comedy cameos, format twists, and surprises designed to elicit laughs from both players and viewers alike.”

Although no exact date has been announced by Amazon yet, we do know that it’s being filmed in 2025 and the brand-new series will air in 2026.
Last One Laughing is an adaptation of the Amazon Original series from Japan known as Documental, which was created by and features Hitoshi Matsumoto.
Amazon adds: “Matsumoto leads 10 comedians betting their own money in an anything goes ‘battle of laughter behind closed doors’.”
