Emerging Travel Group has entered a strategic partnership with InnGenius PMS to enhance global accommodation connectivity. This collaboration aims to streamline hotel distribution, particularly in key markets like Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia, by integrating InnGenius’ all-in-one property management system. The move is expected to improve operational efficiency and broaden distribution channels, supporting the growing demand for seamless hotel bookings in these regions.

Emerging Travel Group (ETG), a leading global travel company behind the RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip brands, has teamed up with InnGenius PMS, an all-in-one property management system. This collaboration includes integration with the InnGenius PMS Channel Manager, a tool widely used by accommodation providers around the world, including in regions like Turkey, the US, and Southeast Asia, such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia. The integration streamlines the connectivity and distribution processes for these properties.

This partnership opens up seamless access to ETG’s vast customer network, which serves 20 million guests each month and more than 20,000 corporate clients globally. Additionally, accommodation providers benefit from the award-winning RateHawk B2B platform, which connects them to over 100,000 travel professionals, retail agents, and API partners across 190 markets.

Through this collaboration, property owners utilizing the InnGenius PMS Channel Manager can effortlessly manage inventory, availability, rates, and promotions from a single platform. This automation minimizes manual tasks, ensures smooth operations, and eliminates the risk of overbookings.

Simone Large, Emerging Travel Group’s Head of Direct Supply, commented: “A key
focus for ETG is growing its direct supply inventory in regions that are in high demand
among both leisure and business travelers, such as Turkey, the United States,
Thailand, and Indonesia. Given InnGenius presence in these markets, this partnership
opens up more opportunities for our company and allows us to collaborate with more
accommodation providers, giving them greater global reach through ETG’s broad
distribution network. Over 37,000 bookings are made across the Group’s platforms
daily, with a particularly high share of high-value bookings made by our B2B partners.
The integration with InnGenius PMS further expands the variety of options we offer
accommodation providers, giving them more flexibility in how they manage their
business.”

Emerging Travel Group continues to solidify its position as a leader in the travel industry by offering its clients and partners access to over 2.7 million accommodation choices. This extensive inventory is made possible through direct partnerships with more than 320 suppliers, enabling the company to provide a diverse range of options for travelers. The company’s ongoing strategy of building direct supply channels has been a key factor in its growth.

Since 2023, Emerging Travel Group has made significant strides in expanding its direct supply network, with a strong focus on enhancing the variety and availability of accommodations. As of August 2025, the company boasts 220,000 directly connected accommodation listings, marking an impressive 40% increase year-over-year. This growth demonstrates the company’s commitment to improving its offerings and meeting the demands of a dynamic travel market.

The company’s expansion has contributed to its strong financial performance. In 2024, Emerging Travel Group achieved a gross transaction value of $3.7 billion, reflecting the increased demand for its services. The growth in direct supplier relationships has not only enhanced the variety of options for travelers but also helped the company improve its revenue streams.

Emerging Travel Group has partnered with InnGenius PMS to revolutionize global accommodation connectivity. This strategic collaboration aims to streamline hotel distribution across key markets, including Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia. By integrating InnGenius’ property management system, the partnership will enhance operational efficiency and expand booking channels, meeting the rising demand for seamless hotel experiences in these regions.

Emerging Travel Group’s strategy of expanding direct connections with suppliers continues to position it for future growth. As the company strengthens its partnerships and broadens its accommodation offerings, it remains focused on delivering unparalleled value to both clients and partners. The future looks promising as the company continues to adapt and thrive in a competitive travel industry.
