Trainee Detective Constable Max Gilliver was dismissed on June 5 after a hearing found his actions had amounted to gross misconduct.
The allegation dates from October 2022 after which an officer came forward and reported the incident.
BCU Commander Brittany Clarke, who leads Central East Command Unit, said: “TDC Gilliver displayed behaviour that is unacceptable and completely inappropriate.
“Instead of being respectful towards another officer, he behaved in a way that goes against the Met’s expected values and behaviours, and with no regard to the impact on his colleague.
“We are grateful to the officer who bravely came forward and reported this, enabling us to investigate this matter fully, leading to TDC Gilliver’s dismissal.”
The panel found that PC Gilliver, attached to Central East Command Unit, had breached the standards of professional behaviour relating to authority, respect and courtesy, and discreditable conduct.
