Peak Wellness to provide guidance on healthy eating

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Figuring out healthy eating for your body and its specific needs can be tough, especially when you’re overwhelmed with information online. Peak Wellness provides one-on-one coaching to help find the right fit for you.

Some tips from Tanner Hart, the operating manager at Peak Wellness, are to space out your meals properly, eat enough protein and listen to your body.

“Nutrition is the building block and how we really help our body to operate,” Hart said. “Like a healthy, well-balanced diet is literally food for thought, right? It’s helping us regulate all of our feel-good hormones. So, our serotonin, endorphins, all of those things that really help us function well. And so for us, it’s really about helping people have the proper guidance with the things that matter to them.”
