More than 100,000 users reported difficulty making phone calls and sending text messages around 10:11 a.m., according to DownDetector.com. Thousands of users continued to report issues at 1:30 p.m., with affected cities across the U.S. including Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle.
