UWS softball sweeps North Central in high-scoring fashion

After winning big against North Central on Friday afternoon, the University of Wisconsin Superior softball team brought the fire into Saturday, scoring big to end each game after five innings.

In game one:

UWS would start the day off right with a home run from Ellie Macal, bringing in Zoe Thompson. They would rally in the third inning to tally seven points. The Yellowjackets would end the game after five innings, winning 10-1.

In game two:

The momentum would continue into the second game, with the Yellowjackets tallying 9 points in the second inning alone. Bella Garley would hit a home run in the second inning, bringing in Ellie Macal and Zoe Thompson with her. UWS would then continue the scoring into the third inning, tallying six before bringing in six again in the fourth inning.
