Ukraine-Russia, Walmart and Lowe's, DOJ vs. Google: 3 Things

Geopolitical tensions are spooking stock futures (ES=F, NQ=F, YM=F) Tuesday morning after President Biden authorized a Ukrainian airstrike on Russia.

Walmart (WMT) raised its full-year outlook after topping its third quarter earnings estimates, which saw same-store sales grow by 5.5%. Also reporting earnings, home improvement retailer Lowe’s (LOW) may have beat estimates, but the stock is dipping in pre-market trading on the company’s slowing sales growth.

Department of Justice officials are set to ask a federal judge to push for Alphabet’s Google (GOOG, GOOGL) to sell its Chrome browser, according to Bloomberg.
