The Fort Smith Museum of History is opening a new exhibit to honor Women’s History Month and teach people about the role of women’s fashion in the River Valley.The event “Threads of Time” will delve into the historical and cultural influence of women’s fashion from the Victorian era to the Roaring ’20s and beyond.The “Threads of Time” exhibit opens at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29.
