Days after Verizon experienced a massive cellular outage, T-Mobile customers reported that their phones went on ‘SOS’ mode automatically. The company is yet to comment on the issue. Downdetector, a platform that reports online outages, showed thousands of T-Mobile, Mint Mobile and Google Fi users were facing similar problems.
“Anybody with at T-Mobile phone go into SOS mode today?” one person asked on X, platform formerly known as Twitter.
