Gelonghui, September 12th ─ Yuzhou Group (01628.HK) announces that since all conditions for the share consolidation as stated in the circular have been fulfilled, the Board is pleased to announce that the share consolidation will take effect on Monday, September 15, 2025. The consolidated shares will commence trading at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025. The trading unit for buying and selling shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed from 1,000 existing shares to 5,000 consolidated shares per board lot, effective from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025.
