The ITV programme saw Robert listen to grievances and disputes while trying to resolve the matters in an impartial manner.
The show lasted from 2014 until 2020 and is similar to the likes of Judge Judy in the United States.
Judge Rinder reveals the stupidest case he has ever heard on his hit ITV show
Speaking on the Making A Scene podcast hosted by Little Britain creators Matt Lucas and David Walliams, Robert Rinder said: “One was where a family took a cat on holiday with them, and the other family took a dog.
“The dog escaped from where the dog was supposed to be and was found under the bed trying to sh*g the cat.”
The ITV Judge Rinder star added: “The owners of the cat sued for emotional injury to their cat.”
Discussing his favourite case, he told Matt and David: “My favourite one was about the Piccadilly Rats.
“They were a band, and their manager was a 75-year-old, but also, you’d get this 83-year-old street dancer who would, like, dance like Bez from the Happy Mondays to attract the crowd.
“The 75-year-old enters them into the Battle of the Bands in Manchester.
“They get to the final and, without telling the manager, the players say: ‘Right, the only way we are going to win is to do a stunt’.
“So, they persuade the 83-year-old to get into a lime green mankini.
“Only, the beginnings of dementia have just sort of set in for him.
“So, he has a wardrobe malfunction, and the bit of the mankini that’s supposed to cover his genitalia ended up on his head, and they got disqualified.

Robert responded: “What evidence do you need? It was an interesting one, even though it was absurd.”
