Mr Farage, who was in the region for the launch of Reform UK’s local election campaign, went to a tattoo studio.
The 60-year-old was joined by Ryan Coogan, the Reform UK candidate for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority Mayoral Election.
Ryan Coogan previously ran for the Ely and East Cambridgeshire seat in the 2024 General Election, picking up 12.3 per cent of the vote for Reform UK.
The Reform UK Leader went to Pennyroyal Tattoo Studio where he sat himself down for a British bulldog tattoo in an April Fools Day joke.
He got the outline stencilled instead.
Owner of Pennyroyal Tattoo Studio, Dean Lofty, and team member Wes Scott, met the Reform UK duo this morning.
They said: “It was a random morning at our studio!
“There was an unplanned visit from Nigel Farage’s Reform UK Party.
“They asked us if we would get involved with an April Fools Joke that Nigel would pop in for a tattoo, just having a stencil in its place.
“We thought, why not? It caused a bit of chaos for a Tuesday morning at the studio!”
Nigel Farage appeared to tour Cambridgeshire today as part of the campaign launch, as he was spotted in St Ives and in Peterborough.
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority Mayoral Election will take place on May 1, 2025.
