Tranmere Rovers completed the double signing of Sam Mather and Louis Jackson on loan from Manchester United late on transfer deadline day.
The 2018 FA Youth Cup winners have joined up with Nigel Adkins’ squad until the end of the season., external
England under-19 international winger Mather, 20, made 10 appearances on loan at Rochdale last season.
Centre-back Jackson, 19, meanwhile, is a Scotland under-19 international.
